Havana Brown

Havana Cat was developed in Britain in 1952. 
        In Britain, because of repeated back-crossing to Siamese, this cat is now essentially an all-brown Siamese. In the USA, Canada and Japan crossings with Siamese were outlawed and there, as a result, the breed has a slightly different, less Oriental build, with a rounder face and a shorter nose. 
       Only rich, warm, chestnut brown color is allowed in this breed.
       It is characterized as intelligent, active, affectionate, lively, considerate, playful, mischievous, lordly, home-loving and outgoing. British Havana is more vocal than American one.
